About Us

Weʼre pushing the leading edge of best-practice
coaching, mentorship and supervision.

The highest industry standards for practitioners, educators, and training programs.

The EMCC exists to develop, promote, and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, and supervision globally for the benefit of society. In our Asia Pacific Region, we come together to bring this purpose to life in the context of our cultures and communities.

Pioneering Spirit

We are among the first two organisations to introduce accreditation based on competancy framework, and the first to introduce ‘self and reflective practice’ as part of that framework.

We are an inclusive community of practice committed to the entire field of Mentoring and Coaching, including those who use, provide, train and undertake research.

Cultural Diversity

We are a global organisation with a presence in more than 20 countries and members in over 67.

Close to You

We function with a ‘bottom up model’ and celebrate unity, not uniformity. We give space to our members to contribute in ways that feel authentic to them.

Social Responsibility

We’re here to make a positive impact on the world for the betterment of all. We give back to our communities through Solidarity Coaching programmes.

We are here to set the quality standard in our field, informed and guided by academic and research bodies, diverse cultures and methodologies.

Academic Research

We aim to gather a body of common knowledge that supports the professionalisation of the Mentoring & Coaching industry, based on research and best practice standards.

Our aim is to build a community of professionals that notonly align with our values, but actively partake in improving our industryʼs standards.

Weʼre part of a world wide initiative

EMCC is a global collective made up of regional groups, plus ‘global’ members where a local EMCC does not yet exist.

As the Asia Pacific arm of EMCC we’re in good company, with sister-groups all over the world – from Belgium, Croatia and France, to Romania, Turkey and the UK.
