Team Coaching Practitioner

Turner International is preparing to run their 2022 Team Coaching Series. The Practitioner course, commencing 23rd February 2022 is the starting point for anyone wanting to become a Team Coach and will be followed by Senior Practitioner Parts 1 & 2.
The course is ICF-approved 40.5 CCEs (36.5 CC & 4 RD) or EMCC Practitioner Accredited and is aimed at people who have attended the GTCI Gateway program or with a solid foundation of experience and expertise in one-to-one coaching, who want to add team coaching to their portfolio. The course aims to ensure competency and confidence in extending coaching approaches to helping teams become more effective and develop the capability to coach themselves. The context is teams in the workplace, with particular emphasis on executive teams and project teams, although the tools, techniques and theory also apply to other forms of team.
