Nicole Allen, VP Accreditation for EMCC Asia Pacific Region takes you through the pathways available for getting your self and your practice programs accredited within the globally recognised EMCC Accreditation Process.

About Nicole Allen

Nicole is a Leadership Coach with the Leading Well Group in Australia.  Based in Queensland, her practice covers a diverse range of clients across local and state government, small to medium businesses and corporate markets. 

Some of her work has included working with large complex organisations to design and implement best practice coaching and mentoring programs in order to build embedded coaching cultures.

Nicole is an EMCC Certified Practitioner (EIA) and has developed a number of coaching skills programs that have been conferred with EMCC EQA certification. She is an EMCC Accredited Assessor of Coaches and Mentors and has recently been appointed to the EMCC Asia Pacific Region Council as Vice President for Accreditation.

In addition Nicole  has contributed to her local community and until June 2020 was the Non-Executive Director, Deputy-Chair and Mentor for Sunshine Coast based “Generation Innovation”, a Not-For-Profit mentoring program encouraging entrepreneurship in 15-25 year-olds on the Sunshine Coast.
