Meet Vineeta Yadav who will be presenting a Webinar for the EMCC Asia Pacific Region on Tuesday March 3rd 2020.
Coaching Women in Leadership: A neuro-scientific perspective of creating workplaces where women will thrive.
There has been continued dialogue around the world for increasing the representation of women in leadership positions. And we have made progress in significant ways – reforms at national policy levels, women friendly workplaces and a huge push for getting women back to the workplace. But if we look at the data, women-led organizations make only 6.6% of Fortune 500 companies (June 2019 data).
This gap in our intentions and the reality on ground is due to many different factors. In this Webinar, Vineeta will present the perspective of women leaders – what makes them quit, what makes them stay and what can we do to create women friendly workplaces where women thrive.
